VETS
We pride ourselves on delivering a personalised outstanding service to our clients and compassionate care to patients. It is important that you are also client minded and have these values. We expect all our team members to go beyond the call of duty.
Our Veterinarians, Paul, Ryan, Holly, Rebecca, Simone, Viola and Jade come with years of experience and work strongly as a team. They have different areas of interest from ultrasound to rehab to orthopaedic surgery and divide time between two hospitals.
Training and Development is an important part of the Vets yearly career programme and Illawarra Animal Hospital help to support the Vets in their study both with time and finances.
A Vet mentoring programme also exists in each hospital with a Vet Director in each hospital to offer advice or just a listening ear.

Our Nurses are all career veterinary care professionals. We consider them the backbone of our hospital. If they’re not helping the Vets with surgery or medical treatment, you will be greeting clients and of course giving animals a cuddle.
We support the training and development of Veterinary Technicians as we see this as the future of Veterinary care.
It is a pleasure to have the Nurse team working with us. Nurses do have set roles throughout the day with a Team Leader delegating tasks.
